Hello friends! Unfortunately for obvious reasons we’re all already sick of talking about, we cannot meet face-to-face this month. For now, we’re postponing to April 11. Book group will likely be a Zoom meeting at that time. Same book, just more time to read it!
I’ll announce the May book soon so you have time to order from Lexi at the bookshop. Please note that the store is closed to walk-ins, but you can call or email your order and they will meet you at the door to complete the transaction. You can also order from the Astoria Bookshop 24/7 while in your pajamas (because let’s face it, who’s actually getting dressed at this point?) and she will mail them out to you very inexpensively by media mail. Please do try to support local businesses even more during this awful time–they need our support more than ever!

Hi happy feminist readers, and welcome in advance to our third anniversary meeting! Hard to believe it’s been so long, isn’t it?
Our March meeting will involve something special: after the talk about the book, we’re planning to go out for a drink to celebrate our three years of friendship and fruitful discussion! We hope you can join us.
